HSM starts off with a new structure
To safeguard and continue the positive business development of last year, responsibilities at the south German office and environmental technology supplier HSM GmbH + Co KG have been reviewed.
Hermann Schwelling will act as the sole chief executive with immediate effect. The departments of sales and marketing, service and finance have been divided into separate areas. The focus there is on the respective core business, in order to improve efficiency and continually increase professionalism. The newly vacant positions were filled by long-standing and experienced staff members who, in their role as department heads, report directly to the managing director and principal shareholder Hermann Schwelling. Chief executive Matthias Wochner decided to leave the company on 31.12.2015 in order to take on new challenges within the framework of self-employment. “Matthias Wochner has been a highly dedicated member of HSM for many years. We thank him for his long-term and excellent cooperation, and wish him all the best in his self-employment”, said Hermann Schwelling, who looks positively to the future of HSM and sees the company as optimally positioned for the upcoming goals.
